The digital centre of therapy management
A platform for doctors and physiotherapists with complete electronic medical records (EMR), a shared patient record and tools for planning, monitoring and reporting therapy.
System interface
Dashboard and facility overview
The main dashboard presents key facility metrics — patient and visit counts, conditions and the most frequently performed exercises. Clear charts and summaries make it easy to assess team activity and patient progress.
Patient record and medical history
Each patient has a digital record with their full history — diagnoses, recommendations, test results, exercise plans and educational resources. The record is generated at the first visit using ICD-9, ICD-10 and ICF codes, then updated with every session and home activity.
Visit forms and electronic medical records (EMR)
Editable visit forms cover a full range of clinical data — blood-pressure readings, pain scales (VAS, Laitinen), functional test results, observations and recommendations. Forms can be configured for the facility’s specialties and requirements.
Patient recommendations and exercise plans
Therapists create individual recommendations and exercise sets in the platform, which are delivered directly to the patient’s mobile app. They can attach videos, PDF instructions, images and even reference recordings made during a visit.
Patient symptom map
Interactive pain marking on a body map, with change history and therapist notes.
Key features
A system configured for your facility — forms, visit workflows and data scopes tailored to the way you work.
01
EMR and documentation
Complete electronic medical records compliant with applicable guidelines, including ICD-10, ICD-9 and ICF codes. Supports medical-record workflows and data-protection requirements.
- Complete treatment history in one place — visits, tests and exercises
- Automatic creation of medical records with ICD-10, ICD-9 and ICF codes
- Multimedia attachments: video, images and PDF documents
- Patient activity from the mobile app and home exercises
- Quick access to recent results and recommendations without searching through records
02
Progress monitoring and reports
The system aggregates data from clinical visits and home exercises, presenting progress in reports and charts. Therapists can see training frequency, performance quality and measurement results, and generate summaries for a patient or facility.
- Reports on the frequency and quality of the patient’s home exercises
- Progress charts over time — range of motion, pain and activity
- Detection of movement errors and irregularities using AI data
- Generation of patient certificates, summaries and billing documents
- Combined reports from multiple visits, such as a rehabilitation programme stay
03
Sharing records across the care team
Patient records are available to the whole care team with appropriate access levels. Physiotherapists, doctors and other specialists can see recent exercises, test results and observations without passing around paper notes.
- Shared access to patient records for multiple therapists
- Permission control over who can view, edit and approve records
- Quick view of recent exercises, tests and results
- Seamless continuity of care when the lead therapist changes
- Change and entry history with author information
04
Team and schedule management
Plan the team’s work around the availability of staff, treatment rooms and equipment. The system supports multiple locations and branches within one organisation.
- Planning visits and therapy around staff and room availability
- Work schedules that account for absences and leave
- Multiple locations, branches and clinics in one system
- Access for all facility staff through email accounts
- Optional time reports and financial settlements
05
System configuration and customisation
The system is fully configurable for the facility — from white-label visuals with the client’s logo and colours, through visit forms, to therapist workflows. The implementation is designed together with the facility’s team.
- White label — your facility’s logo, colours and branding
- Forms configured for specific specialties and procedures
- Visit workflows adapted to the client’s organisational processes
- Definition of required fields, tests and data scopes
- Custom appearance of patient certificates, summaries and reports
06
Knowledge base and educational resources
A dedicated content library for the facility — videos, exercise instructions, PDF documents and images. Therapists assign materials to a patient or group, and the content goes directly to the mobile app.
- Create and manage the facility’s educational-resource library
- Assign content to a patient, diagnosis or type of therapy
- Support for video, PDF, images and text instructions
- Patients view materials in the mobile app after a visit
- Extend the facility’s services with support beyond the clinic
